Working with Any and Anita with Truckee River Homes was a true delight. They were, and remain to this day, incredibly responsive and walked us through every step of what could have been a very difficult and stressful process. Amy, our agent, spent an entire weekend (Labor Day) with us, showing us numerous properties. She has an incredibly robust understanding of the local market, great familiarity with the area (including the small hard-to-find pockets) and exhibited a lot of patience with us. And frankly, she’s just downright nice! In fact, the property we ultimately selected wasn’t anywhere near the area where we were looking and had it not been for Amy, we would not have found our dream house. She was awesome. Not only that, but due to the great experience we had with her, we decided to hire TRH’s property management arm (Tahoe Truckee Vacation Rentals) to assist us with ski season rentals for the house, and that team has likewise demonstrated tremendous competence and professionalism. Kerry and the whole crew at TTVR have been a pleasure to work; they clearly know what they are doing and especially so in that market. I couldn’t be happier with the experience with this Company all around – and it all starts with Anita.
