I really owe everything to Anita for helping me sell my home in Tahoe Donner. After meeting with them, I knew they were the right choice for me in selling my home. They were not only very experienced and knowledgeable in the Tahoe and Truckee markets, but were easy to communicate with and always had the time to meet me and showed up with a smile. They explained everything about the selling process, and were always willing to go that extra mile for me when I was unable to be present or needed to schedule an inspection, and followed up on so many items that require attention when selling a property. This was my first time selling and they were very patient, friendly and willing to share their insights and explain the details in their marketing strategy. Whenever I had questions about anything, they would respond fairly promptly, and gave me great advise when it came to decision making. When I decided to sell, it was on short notice due to a job relocation, and it was no easy challenge to get everything done and have escrow to close in thirty days. Even though escrow had to be extended on the buyer’s part an additional week, they really proved to me they were totally committed to getting me the best selling price. Kudos to them for making my first selling of a home a wonderful success.
